These deliciously dark and perfectly chewy charcoal chocolate granola bars are the tastiest way to get your superfood fix in! We used health-boosting, clean ingredients like activated charcoal, coconut oil and cacao powder, and sweetened this vegan recipe naturally with maple syrup.

Charcoal Chocolate Coconut Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Black Coco Chia gr8nola
  • ¾ cup natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil

Directions

  1. Line a 10”x10” baking pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the gr8nola until a flour is achieved.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, and blend until fully combined and the mixture sticks together.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture into the baking pan. Press down firmly with a spatula, until a smooth surface is achieved. Place the pan in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to set.
  5. Once set, slice and enjoy!
