These deliciously dark and perfectly chewy charcoal chocolate granola bars are the tastiest way to get your superfood fix in! We used health-boosting, clean ingredients like activated charcoal, coconut oil and cacao powder, and sweetened this vegan recipe naturally with maple syrup.

Charcoal Chocolate Coconut Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 bag Black Coco Chia gr8nola
- ¾ cup natural almond butter
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Directions
- Line a 10”x10” baking pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the gr8nola until a flour is achieved.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and blend until fully combined and the mixture sticks together.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the baking pan. Press down firmly with a spatula, until a smooth surface is achieved. Place the pan in the fridge for 10-20 minutes to set.
- Once set, slice and enjoy!
