This Spring Yogurt Bark is made with superfood matcha, crunchy OG gr8nola, and juicy strawberries for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. This simple, no-bake recipe is a tasty way to fuel your day while satisfying your sweet tooth.

Spring Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla coconut yogurt
- 1-2 tsp. matcha powder
- ½ cup The Original gr8nola
- 1 cup strawberries
Directions
- Line a small baking pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
- Wash and slice the strawberries, then set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk the match with 1 cup of yogurt, then set aside.
- Pour the remaining yogurt into the prepared pan, and smooth out evenly into a thin layer.
- Top with dollops of the matcha yogurt, then use a butter knife to swirl the green and white yogurts together.
- Sprinkle with strawberry slices and gr8nola.
- Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or overnight.
- Crack the yogurt bark up, and enjoy!
