Spring is in the air, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a refreshing, clean ingredient treat! This Spring Yogurt Bark is made with superfood matcha, crunchy OG gr8nola, and juicy strawberries for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. This simple, no-bake recipe is a tasty way to fuel your day while satisfying your sweet tooth.

Spring Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp. matcha powder
  • ½ cup The Original gr8nola
  • 1 cup strawberries

Directions

  1. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
  2. Wash and slice the strawberries, then set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the match with 1 cup of yogurt, then set aside.
  4. Pour the remaining yogurt into the prepared pan, and smooth out evenly into a thin layer.
  5. Top with dollops of the matcha yogurt, then use a butter knife to swirl the green and white yogurts together.
  6. Sprinkle with strawberry slices and gr8nola.
  7. Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or overnight.
  8. Crack the yogurt bark up, and enjoy!
