Berry Chia Pudding Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned coconut cream
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ⅓ cup fresh strawberry preserves
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup The Original gr8nola
Directions
- Combine the coconut cream and chia seeds in a small container, and stir until fully combined. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the chia seeds have soaked up the coconut cream into a thick chia pudding.
