Berry Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut cream
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup fresh strawberry preserves
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup The Original gr8nola

Directions

  1. Combine the coconut cream and chia seeds in a small container, and stir until fully combined. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the chia seeds have soaked up the coconut cream into a thick chia pudding.
  2. In a large glass, layer the coconut chia pudding and strawberry preserves, then top with The Original gr8nola and berries.
