Layers of sweetly spiced pumpkin filling, cinnamon spiced dairy-free vanilla yogurt and Cinnamon Chai gr8nola bring together all the tasty pumpkin pie flavors in one beautiful vegan trifle recipe.

Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Trifle
Ingredients
- Cinnamon Chai gr8nola
- 1 15oz can pumpkin puree
- 4-5 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 cups dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- With a whisk or mixer, whip the yogurt and 1 tsp. cinnamon until light and fluffy. Set aside.
- With a whisk or mixer, whip the pumpkin puree with maple syrup and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Add 2-3 Tbsp. of the yogurt mixture, and whip until light and fluffy. Set aside.
- In a trifle jar, pour a layer of Cinnamon Chai gr8nola.
- Next, add a layer of the preprared pumpkin puree.
- Next, add a layer of cinnamon yogurt.
- Repeat each layer until the trifle jar is filled, and sprinkle with more Cinnamon Chai gr8nola and cinnamon, if desired!
