This creamy, dreamy vegan chocolate mousse recipe is easy to whip up, yet packs a powerful superfood punch. The avocados add a thick and creamy texture, while providing healthy fats and key nutrients. We also used cacao powder, cinnamon and coconut cream for a clean ingredient combo!

Creamy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe avocados
  • ⅓ cup coconut cream
  • ⅔ cup cacao powder
  • 3-4 tbsp. maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Toppings (optional): Cacao Crisp gr8nola, whipped coconut cream

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender and blend until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Pour into prepared jars, and top with your toppings of choice! We recommend Cacao Crisp gr8nola for a crunchy superfood kick.
