Ingredients
- 2 cups Matcha Vibes gr8nola
- 6 chopped dates
- ½ chopped pecans
- ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Add all of your ingredients except chocolate chips to a large bowl, mix well with your hands or a spatula. Place a piece of parchment paper into a 11x7 glass dish. Add the mixture to the dish and press down into the pan until tight and compact. Place in the refrigerator. In a small microwave safe bowl, add ½ cup of chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil and microwave for 10 seconds. Stir until chocolate is melted. Drizzle over the bars and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (best results overnight). Enjoy!
