Vegan Hot Cocoa Dip
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups vanilla coconut yogurt (or other dairy-free yogurt)
- 3-4 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- Toppings: Cacao Crisp gr8nola, vegan dark chocolate chips, vegan mini marshmallows
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except for the toppings). Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip the ingredients together until fully combined and smooth. To thicken the dip, add more protein powder by the tablespoonful.
- Pour into smaller serving bowls, and serve with holiday cookies!
