Crispy, crunchy, chewy and oh-so-sweet. These marshmallow-free peanut butter cereal treats are the perfect combo of sweet, salty and superfood satisfaction. We used our healthy ashwagandha-infused PB gr8nola for added mind-body benefits, and sweetened things naturally with honey and vegan dark chocolate.

Peanut Butter Crispy Cereal Treats
Ingredients
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1⅓ cups PB gr8nola
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips + 1-2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- Dash of salt (optional, for topping)
Directions
- Line a 9x9” pan with parchment paper, and grease with coconut oil. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the PB gr8nola and crispy rice cereal. Set aside.
- Melt the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and stir.
- Pour the mixture into the large bowl of cereal, and stir until fully combined and sticky.
- Pour the entire mixture into the prepared pan, and press down lightly on the top with a greased spatula.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth and creamy, then pour on top of the pan.
- Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
- Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set, or allow 5+ hours to set at room temperature.
- Slice and enjoy!
