We’ve *bean” dreaming of a dairy-free vanilla bean ice cream this summer, so we decided to come up with our own clean ingredient recipe.
We used indulgent superfood ingredients like thick and creamy coconut milk, whole almonds and our very own OG gr8nola. Whip up this tasty nice cream in a matter of minutes, and scoop your way to a refreshingly delightful and dreamy ice cream alternative!

Vanilla Bean Almond Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 6 bananas (frozen)
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- Dash of salt
- Dash of Cinnamon
- ½ cup almonds
- 1 cup OG gr8nola + extra gr8nola to sprinkle on top!
Directions
- Line an 8”x4” bread loaf pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the extra gr8nola. Blend until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the smooth and creamy nice cream into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with OG gr8nola, then cover and place in the freezer.
- Enjoy with your nice cream as is, or turn it into a nice cream sundae with more fun toppings like a dark chocolate drizzle, strawberry preserves, coconut flakes and more!
